Siduri is developing a state-of-the-art indoor growing facility in Arlington, Minnesota. Our growing center is specifically designed to grow hops and will be one of the largest and most technologically advanced indoor growing facilities in the world when it is completed.
What's in a Name?
We take our name from Siduri, an ancient Mesopotamian goddess of beer and wine. Beer was an important aspect of Mesopotamian culture and, according to legend, beer was made fresh daily from only the best ingredients. Today, craft breweries follow this age-old practice of using the highest quality ingredients. In keeping with this tradition, we are using the most advanced hydroponic technologies to grow the highest quality hops possible for craft breweries year-round.
